Wonder if NY has a law against shooting cicadas with a .38? With trillions of them some might accidentally get in the way. What’s the legal limit on cicadas anyway?
There you go again with that Army overkill thing. You sure a .38 Is enough for a cicada? Why not a .45? Or a .44 magnum? As for bag limit, given the population, I would say 50,000 would be reasonable. With proper permitting, of course. You could make a fortune selling the carcasses to restaurants.
